About This Role

Are you passionate about grassroots community work and field operations? We’re seeking a dedicated Field Operations Coordinator to manage our on-ground programs, coordinate community outreach initiatives, and ensure high-quality implementation of projects across rural and urban areas.

What You’ll Do

Field Program Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of field programs across assigned regions
• Coordinate with local NGO partners and community organizations
• Monitor project implementation and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct regular field visits and progress assessments

Community Engagement

• Build relationships with community leaders, beneficiaries, and local stakeholders
• Facilitate community meetings and feedback sessions
• Organize training programs and capacity building workshops
• Support community-led development initiatives

Data Collection & Reporting

• Collect and analyze field data for program evaluation
• Prepare regular reports on program progress and impact
• Maintain comprehensive records of field activities
• Use mobile apps and digital tools for real-time data collection

Team Coordination

• Manage field teams and local coordinators
• Provide training and support to field staff
• Coordinate with headquarters team on program strategies
• Ensure safety protocols and best practices in field operations

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field
• Experience: 2-4 years in field operations, community development, or NGO work
• Language: Fluency in Hindi and local regional languages
• Field Experience: Proven experience working in rural/semi-urban areas
