Field Operations Coordinator
About This Role
Are you passionate about grassroots community work and field operations? We’re seeking a dedicated Field Operations Coordinator to manage our on-ground programs, coordinate community outreach initiatives, and ensure high-quality implementation of projects across rural and urban areas.
What You’ll Do
Field Program Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of field programs across assigned regions
- Coordinate with local NGO partners and community organizations
- Monitor project implementation and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct regular field visits and progress assessments
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with community leaders, beneficiaries, and local stakeholders
- Facilitate community meetings and feedback sessions
- Organize training programs and capacity building workshops
- Support community-led development initiatives
Data Collection & Reporting
- Collect and analyze field data for program evaluation
- Prepare regular reports on program progress and impact
- Maintain comprehensive records of field activities
- Use mobile apps and digital tools for real-time data collection
Team Coordination
- Manage field teams and local coordinators
- Provide training and support to field staff
- Coordinate with headquarters team on program strategies
- Ensure safety protocols and best practices in field operations
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field
- Experience: 2-4 years in field operations, community development, or NGO work
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and local regional languages
- Field Experience: Proven experience working in rural/semi-urban areas

- Community Relations: Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve challenges in resource-constrained environments
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse geographic and cultural contexts
